Re: My octys sick

No warning lights?

All ok now?

Did the clutch pedal drop?

Smell of unburnt fuel?

Re: My octys sick

Have you since run it again? And was it fine? Sounds like the temporary boost leak problem in that case. No warning lights, but no go either... Just an error in VAGCOM.

This is the clutch master cylinder problem and should be changed under warranty..normally only happens when it's very cold.....was why I asked if the clutch pedal dropped.

I've had it happen only once and it was very cold that morning....umping the clutch a couple fo times or hooking your foot under it and pulling it back up normally sorts it.

Re: My octys sick

temp warning light is the expantion tank sensor.
Replace the tank and all should be ok.
As they do have probs with temp sensor i would check that.
But I thought that there was 2 on the octy vrs?
Where is Lummox?
