New tyres Tuesday

Managed to get a decent deal playing companies off eachother, National tyres are doing the swap, got 4 225.45.17 Eagle F1 Asymmetrics for £355 all in which is a good deal hopefully!

I was suprised they beat that price as their book prices on those tyres are £150 each!

That's good everytime that I have approached National Tyres they are usually very expensive I have found it easier to get from Mytyres and have them fitted locally myself.

Thats what I had planned, however everyone was quoting £15 per wheel to have em fitted, plus the hassle of getting them delivered. Just the tyres delivered wouldve been £320 or thereabouts, so £35 for 4 fitted and balanced etc is good.

I purchased 4. 205/55R16 91W goodyear excellence tyres from TyreShopper.co. uk fitted,balanced and old tyre disposal for £268, fitted locally by national tyres,

The numskulls have ballsed up on this one. Go down at 9.30am as we agreed yesterday, and oh, the tyres havent turned up yet. Eventually go down at 4.30pm to find the tyres there, only theyre the GSD3s rather than the ones I asked for. I think theyre there now but I havent had a chance to get them fitted yet.

Cracking Price. I've just fitted P zero Rossos on the front. Beware. Not great in the wet! Apparently P7's are better

Im hoping for good things from these Aysmmetrics when theyre finally fitted, the front Contis have more meat on them than a butchers apron and dont inspire confidence in the wet.
