Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

I think i have a problem, I have had my 02 vRS for 4 weeks now and i can't seem to stop playing with the trip computer.

I'm sure i've wiped out a few children and old people becasue i'm to busy looking at the mpg.

Now this could be becasue I have a new toy and will grow out of it, or do I have a problem?

Does anyone else suffer from this affliction, or should I seek treatment now.

Re: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

I would say i had this disorder for the first 6 months or so, but after modiifying the car it was getting upsetting watching the mpg going steadily down so i stopped playing that game,

I still find myself getting to the top of glen fruin on the way home from work and on the 4 mile downward stretch coasting in 5th or 6th gear after re-setting the trip to see how long my 250 mpg will last

Re: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Reminds me off Clarkson, trying to drive from London to Edingbougrh in an Audi A8 Tdi on a single tankful, by the end of the trip he was watching the computor more than the road.

Re: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

I recall a doctor telling me once that gardens were a pain, because for all they were nice to look out on, one only ever saw the tasks/improvements awaiting.
