oct 1.9 fuel and speed needle

hi every1.......i ve got a diesel 1.9 tdi 90bhp octavia... i recently had the clutch done ,and since it came back the fuel needle sensor and the speed needle are intermittent.1 day they work and the next nothing .could this be a problem the mechanic caused changing the clutch,or as he says it might be a dash fault??? i m confused!!!also the rear and front passenger windows have both gone faulty.the rear motor wont work, and the front passenger 1 cracked last wk and the window dropped right in ,but the motor still works ....i ve got it propped up at the mo with a stick in the door !!!!
any ideas on these probs would be appreciated thnx tony

Re: oct 1.9 fuel and speed needle

The gauge faults look more like the dash controller or an over-charging fault than anything that might be caused by a clutch change.

No idea off-hand about the rear window, but I think the front one is a well-known fault with the regulator mechanism.
