| Octane Booster I'm taking the VRS on a long trip to Wales this weekend and was wondering whether putting a bottle of Octane Booster in when I fill it up will help the fuel economy much? I already put Tesco 99 RON in it so also wondering if it is safe to add another 1.6 octane on top of that or am I risking damage?

| Re: Octane Booster Probaly not if most of it will be motorway constant speeds. You'd probably get further by spening the £5 or £6 the Octane boosters costs on a few more litres of petrol. Or, make sure your tyre pressures are right and take any junk out of your boot. HTH.

| Re: Octane Booster Boots going to be full of junk - I'm going climbing  Checking the tyre pressures tonight and the fluid levels. Think I'll save the 4 or 5 quid for a few litres more 99 ron then
