130bhp models also came with the 6 speed gearbox....not sure if you'll get a good one (low mileage) with a budget of 3k as I think this model only came out on a '04' plate.

| Re: Which Octy? I've got a high miler 130 (53 plate) - I doubt you'd get one for 3k unless it's got intergalactic mileage and a few other faults (perhaps at auction?). Loads of 110s to choose from though and they seem to get good returns from a remap too. |

| Re: Which Octy? £3k... no chance of a PD130, or a 110 of a reasonable age/mileage. For £3k if you want a reliable car in good condition you are looking at something pre facelift, and most likely an SDI or TDI 90 hatchback

| Re: Which Octy? I agree that 3k is quite tight budget for good diesel octy. I recently bought an octy 1.8t elegance 2001/y-reg. 59k miles , fsh, in excellent condition for 3300. It was a real bargain compared to other octys on autotrader, ebay motors, loot... I was looking for it around 2 months and i havent seen even one good diesel powered octy for that kind of price. ![]() |
