| Oil Pressure Can anyone tell me roughly what the Oil Pressure should be on an Octy vRS. I have finally manage to fit the sender unit and hook it all up. My pressure rises as i accelerate from around 80psi to anywhere up to 98psi. Is this normal or is my equipment shafted? |

| Hi mate, I still haven't sorted my oil pressure gauge (had a bad back, so haven't been able to sort it properly - done oil temp and boost gauges tho). Anyway, when i attempted it i couldnt get the connector off the original sender. Can I ask how it comes off so i know when i get back to doing it? Cheers.

| I went in at point 10 on the attached linked diagram. Had to buy a long socket shaft extension to reach. Covered the screw in WD40 and used a 5mm allen key attachment. had to bend out a couple metal stems that hold wiring but after that was not to bad. Cut my hands to shreds though so go careful. http://www.42draftdesigns.com/oil18t.htm |

| Bloomin flip! Thats what i thought you'd say! Thats where my oil temp sender has gone (no 10), so i cant use it. I need to remove the old sender (No 16), and i've ripped me hands to bits without even getting the connector off it! Thanks anyway
