| One month warranty left i have one month warranty left. are there any problems i could be chasing my dealer to check for? it had a new engine ecu fitted about a month ago. other than that i dont know what its had done? daddy2coull |

| It could be prudent to get a service and/or MOT done just before the warranty expires if these are due or imminent. Other than that, a scan with VAG-COM software or by the dealer with their diagnostic kit might just show up problems which could be rectified under warranty.

| as Denis said, when i had mine i booked it in for its MOT and service before the warranty ran out, just incase anything was wrong. may save you some money in the long run ![]()

| The central locking failed on the front passenger door of my Octy two days before the warranty ran out. I already had the car booked in for an MOT and checkover the next day, so the problem was fixed on the last day of warranty - saved me a few quid.
