Default What should the standard boost be???

Ok for starters ive had 4 previous 1.8t cars all of which have been either A4's or A6's.

On the last 2 A4's I had I started playing and in particular my 150bhp AEB motor. This only ran 6 psi spiking to 9 during load. (Figures from my boost controller).

Now My vRS seems to pull really well but doesnt seem like its running as much boost as it is. Certainly doesnt feel like its chipped but maybe it is. It perminently runs nearly 10psi spiking upto as much as 14 psi under load.

IS THIS NORMAL??? or is the car chipped. Im hoping its not cause i was hoping for a bit more go than its currently got.

i thought the vRS was around 9psi standard... some may run higher / lower than others though.

might be worth giving one of the tuners a call to see what they think.
