| Re: Where is the turbo air intake yeah that's right. it's the hose that goes from the centre of the aluminium part of the turbo to the air filter box! or do you mean how does the air get into the airbox?? |

| Briskodian | Re: Where is the turbo air intake Nope I was looking at the 10k disel cleaning product and it says for injector items put it down stream of the MAF, and for turbocharged engines spray it directly into the turbo air intake pipe. It's supposed to remove varnish and other crap that builds up in the system, so i was wondering where the intake was and how easy it would be to spray this stuff into it. Am i correct in thinking if i took the Pipe off the MAF and sprayed in there that would be the right place to put it such that it gets directly into the turbo and then the system so it all gets cleaned? Used it on my Astra 1.4 which had about 80k on the clock, released a few clouds of black out of the exhaust. Perceivable difference in performance and/or economy? Not really... Rob. | |

| Re: Where is the turbo air intake it's not a very good idea to have the intake exposed when you are running the engine, stuff can get easily sucked into the turbo if you are not very carefull. |
