| Bulb Kits I'm off to France and Spain in a couple of weeks and I've been looking for a spare bulb kit. I've been googling this morning but I can't find a kit that fully matches the spec in my owners manual. The H7 and H1 kits tend to come with P21/5W rather than the correct P21/4W. I'm thinking that the H7 kit is the one I'll go for as it contains the low beam bulb rather than the H1 main beam bulb which is easier to get away with if it blows. Could anyone point me to a website that sells the correct bulbs in a kit for my Octavia 4x4 Estate 2005? |

| Re: Bulb Kits The AA has a useful up to date list of requirements for continental driving. Although in Spain they have to carry two warning triangles, non Spanish registered vehicles only need one, BUT they will probably fine you for just having one! don't you just love the Spanish? ![]() |

| Re: Bulb Kits Better make sure you know how to take out the headlight first. It's dead simple, but I had a funny 10 minutes the first time, googling Stu's site on my cellphone.

![]() Still can't find a bulb set with the full correct range of bulbs though, looks like I'll have to make a kit up myself from singles. I suppose I only really NEED to have a headlight, brakelight, indicator and tail bulbs? Anyothers that blow while I'm away can wait till I get back. | |
