Dension Icelink + Icelink Plus

Can somebody tell what the difference is between the Dension Icelink + Icelink plus is?? im on the halfords website and it dosent say anything different apart from the price which the plus is £70 dearer

is the cheaper one via FM pluggd directly into the aerial socket and teh plus via aux or cd changer socket?
