Default Dog Restraint for new VRS

I am about to take delivery of a new VRS hatchback, and need a dog restraint. The catalogue says that the model number DMM 620 001 is for an estate only, but it looks better than the model number ZGB 1ZO 017 223A which says it is for the hatch. Can anyone tell me if the 1st one does fit the hatch also, or recommend a similar alternative?
Many Thanks

If it's anything like the Fabia, then no. The one for the Fabia hatch sits in the parcel shelf clips at the bottom, and attaches to the top of the boot opening (more or less vertically above) The estate doesn't have the same fixings for the parcel shelf, and it's roof lining above the back seats, so has to go in on a sort of frame.

Then again, an estate one probably would fit in a hatch, but not vice versa...

I have a steel dog-guard from an 06 plate Octavia hatch if you're interested in buying it?

Came with the car, which I no longer have - I've never fitted it but previous owner was a Briskoda member so I trust it is a Skoda one!!!

Thanks astonbuilder but i'm looking to buy a new one. Does anyone else know if part number DMM 620 001 fits into the new Octavia hatchback, or is it for the estate only?
