| Briskodian | EGR adjustment on Octavia II VRS TDI 170 is it possible? Please can someone tell me if it is possible to adjust the range of the EGR valve using a similar technique to the one for the older TDI models and the Fabia 1? Thank you Ali |

| Briskodian | Re: EGR adjustment on Octavia II VRS TDI 170 is it possible? I've tried using VAGCOM but the login code for the ECU is disallowed. On the VAGCOM website it says this procedure will not work on a PD car. Is there another way to alter it? Thanks |

| Briskodian | Re: EGR adjustment on Octavia II VRS TDI 170 is it possible? It could be because mine has a more recent ecu - the login code of 12233 is not recognised and the "login 11" button which should be there is now called something else (I can't remember what it is off hand) |
