Exclamation maxidot navigation through mfd2 not working?

Anyone know why this would happen? Recently had a bluetooth skoda kit fitted, but the maxidot nav panel has worked since then. Now gone completely from the display. Showing mfd, audio, phone and setup on the menu. Bizarre!

Bad connection on the CAN cable from the back of the MFD2.

Re: maxidot navigation through mfd2 not working?

It sounds to me like there is a break in the small section between where the Phone is connected and the radio, the car can obviously see the Phone as it's working but not the radio thereafter.

Might not be the problem but certainly worth checking.
