Re: Maxidot question?

its for the central convienience system, it works like this.

On, holding the lock button on the remote down after locking or unlocking the car opens / closes all windows depending on wether you were locking/unlocking the car.

Drivers - as above but for the drivers window only

Off - exactly as it says, holding the remote lock/unlock button does nothing.

Re: Maxidot question?

I do not have maxidot but is this to do with the unlocking/locking settings of the doors. i.e. with driver only the drivers door opens when you press the fob button- you then need to press the unlock button again to open all the doors. All could be one press unlocks all the doors but no idea what off would be. My other guess would be something to do with the antihijack facility.

There is another option for that!

Is there no specific manual for maxidot out there?

As has been said, it's for the door locking.

Check your manual folder. There's an additional info booklet of changes since the manual, and it's covered in there.

Only found mine when someone else mentioned it.

Re: Maxidot question?

It appears that Conv.Mode is for the windows to open/close on door lock/unlock, bit it still does it when the option is switched off?? Weird huh!

Re: Maxidot question?

I'm sure this is the option that determines whether just the drivers door unlocks on one remote press, or if all doors open on first press. Just changed my setting yesterday, it was the top one on the list.
