Hi,

Does anyone know how to get the maxi-dot to be set to 'audio' as default constantly? Every now and then when starting up it randomly chucks me into the main menu where you have to select between MFD/AUDIO/SETUP.

Personally, i'd like it to stay on 'Audio' permanantly unless a)the stereo is switched off, wherein i'd like it to recognise and resume being in 'Audio' when I turn the stereo back on or b)I hold the 'a' button on the end of the stalk to access the menu as and when I want to.

I've got a '58 L&K if you need to know what model it's in.

That's normal. The radio sometimes starts a bit slow and the MFD defaults to display selection because the radio is "not ready". Most of the time it stays in the last display by default.
