tbh, i think it definitely a grower, even when not seen in the flesh. i love the interior. shame i'm gonna have to wait a couple of years

In europe the mk1 was also just called the RS. It was only in the UK it got called the vRS, so maybe the same when it gets here.

If you download the spec sheet, it seems to say 17" wheels as standard. Interesting reading though.

Ford probably own the RS trademark in the UK.

Looks like the vRS logo has changed quite a bit.

Thank goodness skoda didn't do what seat did with the leon and change a nice car into an ice cream van (real con that was after I said I liked the concept pics then they go and try and sell seat fans an abomination)

Very nice skoda,nice advert too.Looks a quite upmarket car (black and silver,[not two tone!] will still look better )

Yep they do and they threatened Skoda with legal action when the Mk1 Octy RS went on sale in the UK.
That's why it was rebadged vRS.

To be honest I think Skoda need to be worried about Ford this time as well.
If you dont need all the space the new Focus ST has more cc, more cylinders, more power, 18" wheels and starts cheaper at £17500 on the Road.
