| Does anyone know if it is possible to retro fit a multi function steering wheel or if a dealer could do it? Bought the car ex-demo and didn't have the option but would really like it

| I've heard it's tricky on a superb. Would imagine it's a similar situation on an OctyII. If you have all the parts it should be possible. The wheel doesn't connect directly to the head unit, it is just connected onto the CAN-BUS system. I would say a dealer would charge through the nose for it but there's no harm in asking.

| Can you find a written off Octy II with it yet? Get the wheel from there, and see whats what about turning it on, I would take a stab in the dark that it's a VAG-Com function to enable it, but would guess a lot of connectors are there already. Am sure a resident master tech will know more ![]()
