Default my new vrs dsg

Well folks, my baby arrived today..excellent service yet again from Silbury Skoda, including a FULL tank of diesel :-))
First impressions:Fantastic !! I'll give a fuller write up when i've done a few more miles.

There is no paddle shift n the DSG yet, later in the year. The DSG box has tiptronoc shift on it though...

Where abouts are you from mate as Silbury Skoda is quite near me (North Shields)? I'll have to keep an eye out for you!

I must say I'm tempted by the TDi VRs now and I could be persuaded to give the DSG a go but only with the flappy paddles. It would probably have to be the estate too...

Damn you!!! Didn't realise Skoda now had the Diesel vRS with DSG out. I traded in my old petrol vRS for the Passat 170 sport with DSG just over a year ago, as it was the only VAG car with the 170 diesel complete with DSG at the time. Mega jealous now, alhough have to admit the Passat with all the toys is pretty nice...

thanks for all the comments..it is the new crd, and i'm near amble..went to the toon today, to sort out new ICE..country roads was in 'manual'..great fun, then hit the A1, and crossed to auto..will run her in a bit more before i try 'sport' mode.......i can't stop smiling
