Is my Octy going mad

Just parked the car and locked it.
Got back and all four windows were open by the same amount about 4 inches.
Certainly did not leave them like that.

Then cleaned the car with the radio on, the radio turned off by itself after about 30 mins then back on again, then opened the door and radio tuned off and back on again.

The windows are a real worry any ideas.

Re: Is my Octy going mad

If you turned the radio on via its power button without the keys in the ignition, it will automatically turn itself off after a while. It is possible that the action of opening the door will waken the radio again once off but i doubt its that sophisticated . Sounds like a fault maybe.

Any chance you could have sat on your keys or something. If you hold down the unlock button on the remote, the windows will all lower simultaneously. It's caught others out before.

Re: Is my Octy going mad

The radio will operate for an hour if switched on with key out. it has no relation to the door circuit at all. Can I suggest that you read the trheads about water nigress/wet carpets as I feel you may have a dodgy earth either loose or corroded.
