My Octy2

Here are a few pics of my Octavia mk2. Its a graphite grey 1.9TDI that put out 122bhp standard on Westwards rollers with 900km on the clock.

Wheels are genuine 17" Skoda Pegasus and before ye say it I am not lowering it.

Very shiny

How are you finding the body roll during cornering, esp. considering the remap ?

Thanks. Its graphite grey. Body roll aint too bad surprisingly considering I had a 2002 GTI before this.

regarding the mud flaps, I didnt feel like washing under the arches especially on my new tarmac. :-)

Cheers on the scenery compliment. Landscaping was only done this summer.........

Towbar is a dealer fit Brink. They put it on as part of the deal.

Nice motor. Looks like you also have one of those cars that puts out lots more power in standard spec than on paper. I reckon both the 1.9PD and 2.0PD put out more power than on paper. Unlike some people on here I don't think it's a fluke that all the 1.9PD and 2.0PD based cars in the VAG group tested and chipped by Superchips had more power than expected in standard guise.

How about a black grille conversion instead of the standard chrome!

that I don't know but as the OctyII is fairly new you might have to make history by getting it done yourself. Wouldn't get a spray can out though, i'd get it done professionally to ensure a good finish and that the paint adheres properly.

Black grille looks smart on a black car but if I ws going to do it then I'd go for body colour. I think that I will leave well alone for the moment.
