New Octavia vRS
I'm a very proud Fabia vRS owner and on Sunday i had been invited to my Skoda dealer(Hamilton, Scotland) to test drive the new Octavia vRS. What a fantastic machine. I loved it!!!!

Lucky devil, 200(ish) angry czech horses under the bonnet, sounds like loadsa fun.

Can't even consider the vRS thanks to the dreaded company car tax so stuck with an oil burner.

I was hoping they would pull their fingers out with a diesel vRS but no such luck.

I'd be seriously tempted by one, as I want to stay away from petrol for a wee while, but I want the kind of spec / styling you get with the vRS.

A friend of mine said he thought they were going to bring a diesel vRS out. I don't know if this is true though

Hy!!! I own the local skoda dealer here in Iasi Romania and I can surrely tell you that a diesel Rs is coming out this summer with the 2.0 TDi and 170HP. So if you wait just a bit you will be able to buy it.

Test drove the Vrs at the weekend and I'm just waiting to sign on the dotted line.
The dealer mentioned a diesel version was definately on the cards but he couldn't say when.

i fail to see how you can be that specific so soon if even the dealers don't fully know for sure the car exists...
