Any idea,s of how to get a bit more poke out of these any help would be welcome.

remap, performance filter, exhaust, the usual stuff. Springs and dampers for handling.

I would say you're only going to get around 10% increase for a normal atmo engine.

Try AmD who are now advertising remapping for the mkv Golf GTi.
