They come as standard with the L & K. I'd check that they've given you the right car.

Thats what I mean, we've got the electric memory seats and mirrors, but they dont fold.

Is there something you have to do to get them to fold is what I'm asking.

There should be a posistion to switch it to for folding (there was on the old ones, but not seen and Octy2 with folding mirrors yet. Checked the manual?

can't see it in the manual and there is not a position on the mirror adjust which is where I think it would have been.

I've got an L&K on order; I checked with Skoda UK and while the mirrors will fold by hand there is not a powered folding option.

This is a little confusing.

If you look at the specs on the Website for the L&K it say the mirrors are Electrically adjustable and heated.

If you then use the Competitor Comparisons feature (I chose 2.0TDI L&K DSG), select the brochure option and it shows Electrically Folding mirrors with memory system as Standard.

If this isn't standard what’s the point of buying and L&K (leather seats)?

I have an 02 L&K which was great value as it had just about everything, but the new model does not, which is quite disappointing as I was thinking about getting one later in the year.

Exactly my point, my 03 Octavia L&K Estate was great value, sunroof, leather, Xenons etc all std - but the new L&K is bl**dy expensive when you add these options!! Especially, when the discounts are not that big.
Having said that, with the 2.0TDi & DSG is it is nice car, but it's not the bargain that it used to be.
Checked out pricing on Peugeot 407SW Zenith with 2.0HDi 136 & tiptronic - has good spec and very competitive price, especially when you look at the deals you can get, but CO2 is higher, so bigger tax bill - decisions, decisions!

John.

Do they work like the Superb ones? The switch does the full 360. Turn past the left or right adjustment position and they fold in?
