| Re: Octavia PDI I guess it will vary, depending on the specific model of car, and any extras (such as Xenons), which need to be configured or tested. My vRS is being PDI'd tomorrow, and I'll be taking delivery on Friday, so that must mean it takes less than a working day. Any delays in PDI are probably down to how many cars the dealer already has in the PDI pipeline. Bagpuss. |

| Re: Octavia PDI If the end product is a reflection of the time taken for a PDI, then mine took all of 10 minutes! I had to take it back, with a long list of uncompleted items from the PDI check list. I was not given a PDI completion sheet at the time of collection, didn't even know that there was one. May I suggest that you ask for a blank copy in advance so that you can familiarise yourself with the jobs that should be done and know what to look for when you collect the car. Hope you get a smooth, trouble free delivery. |
