|  Octavia VRS 2.0T FSI Gear RAtios I am awaiting the delivery of my new car. but until then i am trying to work out some revs per mph around the crusing speed. Could anyone tell me what revs the engine is pulling at 70mph and 80 mph. regards |

So: 3rd gear (accelerating 'quite' hard ) was about 6,400 rpm. 4th gear at a steady 80mph was 4,600 rpm.Useless info over, the figures you will have actually wanted are: 5th gear - 3,600 rpm 6th gear - 3,000 rpm. |
