Sony Ericsson Walkman & Aux in socket? Guys/gals, Got a Sony Ericsson mobile phone with the walkman MP3 function. Curious as to if anyone else with a similar brand has found a cable that goes from the phone into the aux-in socket within the "jumbo" box? Not an owner of an ipod and don't particularly want to have to buy one unless need be.

| Re: Sony Ericsson Walkman & Aux in socket? the jumbo box aux in, is just a 3.5mm standard stereo jack. All you need is the lead that converts from your phone (which is the same type of connection just smaller IIRC) to 3.5mm cable. Maplin should sell something like you need.

Re: Sony Ericsson Walkman & Aux in socket? The headphones that I got with my W880i seperate halfway down into a 3.5mm jack, all you need to do is get a male to male lead and that would work.

Re: Sony Ericsson Walkman & Aux in socket? K800i's come with lesser quality headphones than the Walkman branded units from SE and they don't have the 3.5mm breakout option on them however a simple search on ebay will give you 100's of adapters that will do the job for you.

Re: Sony Ericsson Walkman & Aux in socket? I've got the very same headphone lead that breaks off in the middle. Will try and find a "male to male" 3.5mm lead on ebay just now, thanks.
