Re: Faces of The Earth

I wonder if things are designed to represent deliberately shapes and spaces we are comfortable with (golden section comes to mind), or just inadvertently designed that way cos things would look odd if they weren't (which probably amounts to the same thing if you think about it)? That'd be me then

Got me wandering around seeing how many everyday things conform now... *Must find better things to do*

Re: Faces of The Earth

Hi sinister sheep - do you open your mouth intending to say, especially when watching some TV progs, "Well, in that case, if that is that, why isn't...?" and then decide it's usually best to keep quiet

Sorry pittvrs as getting off topic. A stereo thingy that I use just for a radio now has four eyes (buttons), a nose that I'm not sure what does and a mouth, which I just activated and there's a tape in there Haven't a blinking clue how I'd expect to play it though, whatever it is Now where's that child of two when you need them...

Nice find Roy, would not load earlier

Do you actually have a job? As you seem to have far too much time on your hands

I was doing brilliantly in the 'not laughing' stakes, until I got to number 7 and then just couldn't help it!!

God I'm so immature!
