|  Velma, I'm so sorry but it's over Today I had to break the news to my beloved Velma that it's over between us  I didn't know how I was going to do it so I just went out to see her, took her roof down, popped her stereo in and drove off into the sunshine. We drove for a while and ended up driving along one of her favourite stretches of road (the milly  ). We stopped in one of our summer haunts, compton bay carpark. I thought the time was right to say it but it just didnt feel right so we left and carried on up the milly until I spotted a laybay over looking the beautiful west coast.It's now or never i thought, so I took a deep breathe and broke the news We sat for a while as I told her that although there was 'something else' I will always love her and she will always hold a special place in my heart. I also threw in the old chestnut of, it wasnt her it was me  I then took some pictures of her to remember our special last day together
