Re: P-Torque Group Buy!!

Silly question as it already says pd engines, so would my golf 110 non pd, not able to be included? I have enquired before you said it would need a chip change too.

Cheers Andy

Re: P-Torque Group Buy!!

Hi,

Very interested in this group buy - if I can get swmbo to agree! Will my 1.9tdi Roomster be classed as one of the earlier PDs or one of the new ones (whats the difference!?)?

The Roomster uses a different ECU to earlier PD's mate, EDC16 iirc. However they do map very well indeed and I just happen to have this graph to hand to show you what to expect from a P-Torque remap of a Roomster PD 105

Not as earth shattering as some other cars here on Brisky, but it apparantly allows a Roomster to make brisk progress

Re: P-Torque Group Buy!!

Hi, im very interested in this. I have an 04 fabia vrs.
The only questions I have are:
My car has 50k miles on it atm, probably on the original clutch- would the remap toast it?
I will be up near you guys this weekend- what are the chances of getting my car done then?

Regards

Re: P-Torque Group Buy!!

Id imagine the clutch will be fine, its easy to toast them on a standard Fabia but as long as your careful at low revs say 1500rpm to 2000rpm and dont accelerate hard from low revs in 6th youll be fine.
50k is nothing anyway, my Octavia VRS is almost on 100k.
