| Go Gadget Octy! | Anyone on an Orange Dolphion 35, 18 month package? Can you please check your bill, especially if you took out your contract AFTER 1st march 2007, and confirm that you're getting rollover minutes? Orange's website shows roll over minutes in their terms and conditions (see 6 & 7) - Orange - which package is right for you? However, NONE of my minutes have been rolling over at all. Before I kick off at Orange majorly, can someone please confirm against their bill. If their call centre pleb has just lied to me, then he's in for a whole load of whoop ***! |

SWMBO's on the same package but Orange say they removed rollover minutes if you signed up after 1st March 2007 - which according to the T&C's above is BS. Omar was also eating whilst talking to me, and VERY rude! Executive office will be getting a call monday! |
