| Re: Bad Egg They'll look to see what was bought, when and where, compare it to your usual spending, and decide whether or not your query is justified. I think you'd be pretty unlucky if you ended up having to pay anything, unless they could prove you'd been negligent... I've always been very happy with egg as an aside, although I've never had anything like that to sort out - I can't imagine it's going to be too much of a problem.

| Briskodian | Re: Bad Egg I don't know. I'd suggest that you confirm to them in writing the disputed amount and brief details of your first telephone conversation, so that you both have a record. Given that any bank will have to trace such a transaction and then go through authorising procedures, I personally wouldn't panic immediately. I might be inclined to ring them on Day 6 of their "week" to ensure that things were "progressing in my direction". Others on here who have experience of this might well be better placed than I to offer comments on their experience. Regards Mo |
