I'd suspect in the 10-20% region from the online figures that are currently doing the rounds for average discounts from asking prices. I get the impression however that he doesn't want to say for obvious reasons

I'm interested, but wouldn't want to say until we'd exchanged contracts, and am frankly surprised that anyone would ask before that!
