I'm not aware of the details of the Disability Descrimination Act, but I suspect it probably applies here. On another note, I've known two people who were dyslexic. Both of them were scarily intelligent, and both held Master's degrees from Cranfield. It's certainly not a measure of intelligence. Phil |

| Re: Dyslexia i think that employers are supposed to respect the local demographic, so for example if 6% of the local population is disabled then 6% of the workforce should/can be, obv if no disabled people apply thats fair enough or if the job is completly unsuited like for example you couldnt do till work if you didnt have any arms (couldnt think of a better example, heh) |
