| Fao Mo and anyone else whos keeping up to date with my work situation (if any!!). i had a phone call earlier (but i was out at work!!) from waitrose asking me to phone them up to arrange a second interview!  the second interview consists of meeting the section managers and seeing what the job is like to make sure its the one for me and then me getting offered it if it is right! |

Second interviews can be daunting, especially if you're outnumbered by the interviewers, so don't let it faze you and stick to your strengths. If in doubt, do what politicians do and simply give a positive answer to your version of the question, so have a few positive answers ready methinks. Good luck and perhaps try to keep it to yourself at work till you see how it pans out and what you decide to do, even if you are quietly smiling to yourself   Happy for youRegards Mo
