| Re: Flu Jabs............" Had Yours Yet...?? " Blimey, this one comes up all the time. Here we go: YOU CAN'T GET FLU FROM A FLU JAB. The form that the virus is in cannot give you flu. If you feel like cr@p afterwards, it's your immune system starting up to build your immunity. Like a good diabetic, I have mine every year, and it's supposed to build up your immune system to help it resist other bugs. What's the very worst that could happen if you don't have it? About 3-4000 people die every year of flu-related illnesses. Most people assume they have flu when all they have is a bad cold. Real flu is much nastier. Phil |
