| Insurance. Back in 2004 i was hit by an uninsured driver. December just gone, the Motor Insurance Bureau admitted liability for the uninsured driver and i'm due to receive compensation. As i result, my no claims bonus went down from 4 years to just 1 but now i've been told by someone at work that i should get this back, is this right? Could someone also tell me if i do get my no claims back, will i actually get a refund for the extra car insurance i've had to fork out this past year? Many Thanks John.
