| I've got a new job! I went for an interview on Wednesday this week, and I've been offered a job which I accepted today. I will still be working as a sales manager in the paper industry which is what I did in my last job before I got made redundant. The new company is a small family run business making infrared drying equipment, and it sounds like a very exciting opportunity. The job is based about 1.5 - 2 hours drive away from me in Thirsk, North Yorks, although I will be travelling (UK and overseas) quite a bit. I will also do some work from home, and maybe spend a couple of nights a week in a B&B near the office when I'm not out on the road. They have told me there is a B&B they have used previously in Masham. Never been there but I understand the town has two breweries so that sounds like a good start. I'm looking to start mid September, and it is a great relief to have a job sorted out - going through being made redundant is not a very pleasant experience at all. Thanks to many of you in the Briskoda community for the help and messages of support I've had during the last few weeks

| Re: I've got a new job! Congratulations on the new job Andy. I had a 54 plate octy elegance 2.0 PD a really nice car, that would be my choice plus you should be able to get him down to £10,850 are very near to that with some haggling. Good luck with which ever car you choose. |
