| Just accepted an offer on my house Following a split from the missus a few months back and being unable to raise enough money to buy her out or remain in the house by myself, the house (my home) was put on the market. I had a few viewings but considering the current market I was hopeful but not expecting an offer which I would be happy to accept. Anway, this morning I accepted an offer and agreed to take the house of the market. The couple have a good deposit, a mortgage in place and no chain. I know a lot can still go wrong, should I leave my celebrations until completion day? I've just been ringing around my mates to see what people are up to tonight but everyones busy so I'll be 'celebrating' by myself in any case.. ![]()
