| Briskodian | Lighting: Flush Ceiling Fitting - Cool one? An interior design question really. Can anyone recommend a flush ceiling fitting for a living room (or a website). The only ones I can find are the old fashioned "crimped" glass square or round ones. I saw a nice layered one, but £400 is a bit out of my league. Any suggestions for a low ceiling living room area please? We have side lights and lamps so it wouldn't need to be high wattage. I've seen rooms where they just "lose" the central fitting, but that looks odd to me as you expect to see something there. TIA Mo |

| Re: Lighting: Flush Ceiling Fitting - Cool one? you can buy some now for about £15 a piece that have fire resistant cases built in and use low energy lamps so not only save pennies but require less work to install as they don't need seperate fire boxes around them ![]() the best thing to do though is to go to your local electrical whole saler and ask to see some lighting catalogues as your after some lights but not sure what yet, they should have a nice selection of books available and will probably also have some displays already up and running with a selection of lights installed, most do ![]()
