Well for what it’s worth, I reckon Fish and Chips are the best fast food available. Very quick, usually fresh (I’m sure Shiftys are very fresh) nutritious and really tasty (although I do prefer mine in beef dripping, but I think that’s a northern thing) Anyone who fries this ‘Ambrosia’ and takes there job so seriously, should be knighted and given their own personal lane on the Motorway-derestricted of course. There, have I grovelled enough to get free F & C next time I’m in Blackpool?

F & Cs…I love ‘em.

Anyway, i'd love to stop and chat, only i have to peel 1/2 a ton of potatoes by hand, then chop them up into chips with a knife. Only just got back off my trawler with last nights catch.

Then when all the food is prepared, I have to polish all my awards, before opening the shop at 11:30 to serve said award winning fried fare. Got to go, need to batter my sausage.
