| Re: No uni for me tomorrow Hmmm, having watched the video my car would normally be parked about 20ft from the substation. Seems the guy who died was working on the substation at the time  Makes you wonder...  Bit of a blessing in disguise for me - I'm on day release and my big group project is due in tomorrow - but we've all been emailed saying the place will be closed tomorrow - so thats a week extension!!!

| Re: No uni for me tomorrow Similiar to myself with the Manchester Bomb in '96. I was due to go that day but worked instead. The car park I usually park in was destroyed...But also I was on the phone to somebody who was late to work in the area and I heard the bomb go off We were both very lucky!

| Re: No uni for me tomorrow i had to drive round all arvo with half the traffic lights out in chelmsford, luckily i was off the next day so avoided most of the trouble
