| Briskodian | O2 Mobile Phones If anyone took an O2 contract out before March this year, O2 have now started charging for 0870 and 0845 numbers. This is a change in the terms and conditions of your contract and as such will allow you to get out of the contract. I just phoned up to ask that my contract termination period be cancelled and got offered an improved call/text bundle for £10 less than my current contract. You must have called the 0870/0845 numbers in the last 6 months to qualify for any offers they might make you. I find it mildly irritating that companies think they can change the terms of a contract, however in this case the recompense and good, friendly customer service mean that they get to keep a customer.
