Lovely. i'm way to knackered for this malarkey, bit unhinged by it. thankfully, i log onto briskoda and see there are a few equally nutty folks around and i'm not alone. that's strangely reassuring. feel calmer already. gonna try this sleeping thing one more time! nighty-night.

| Briskodian  | Only a couple of weeks back I had the same thing. Bed at the usual time but waking every few hours. On the Xbox at 3 in the morning wide awake.  Without going into details you seem to have a good number of issues that professional help would suit. See your doc and get referred. If you don't who knows if it will help?

| Evening...off for a relaxing run up a mountain in the wee hours, followed by a tortue sesion of eating fine hotelchocolate chocolates. Might follow it up with some life threathening drugs and just maybe I'll get out of work before I die. There is a flu going around though
