| Women....why can't we win ..just once As my wife is rapidly heading to the dreaded 50 (next weekend) and also at the same time it's our 30 wedding anniversary  I thought as I very rarely bought flowers I would get some tonight, found, bought and then presented her with the said flowers ....... she smiled ....paused .......and said thank you..........what have you done wrong  just for once is it too much to ask ......just thanks would have done

| Re: Women....why can't we win ..just once know the feeling... swmbo would say to me "you never buy me flowers" to which i would i would reply "if i bought you flowers all the time it wouldn't be as special when i bought them on our anniversary" I bought her some flowers as a surprise one day and got the same response octygone did, "what have you done wrong". She very nearly got to find out if a bunch of flowers could be used as a murder weapon........  Mark
