Default Put on the summer rubber

The OEMs were getting a bit close (Got 19.5k out of them so not too shabby) so I decided to dust of my F1's on 16" Team Dynamics Monza's that I originally had fitted to the Fabia. The F1's are a much better tyre in the warmer weather than the OEM Bridgestones (Which I dot really rate at all). I was also surprised to find that the wheels almost exactly match the bumpers for colour!

I quite like them, although I am not entirely sure just yet....

Mainly Decron I am luvvin all your work but I'm not sure about those wheels. I think it makes the bottom of the car too dark and there I was thinking a set of black wheels would look really cool. Maybe they would look better on the standard Roomy without all the side mouldings. Just my opinion though.

I don’t know if you saw Fridays episode of ‘Peep Show’ but your thread title had me wondering if you were about to have your Annual ‘lucky’ night

Nice car, but I agree about the wheels being very dark. I don't have summer tyres but I do wish I had a set of Winter ones.

I am not decided on them yet but they do have nice tyres. Much better than the OEM, a lot quieter.

I used to have them on a black fabia....

edit!

Often thought a single red pinstripe running just above the plastic would look mint. Only between and not over the wheel arches though.

TBH I think they look better in the flesh, they are really nice wheels, but there is this really nagging feeling that the original wheels look good anyway, still if you don't try these things you will never know. Thing is, the car now "looks" modified and I am not sure if thats a good or bad thing.

There is about 5k left in the tyres so Ill have to decide to either replace these and use these wheels or replace the OEM and use the standard wheels. I have till about the end of July to decide!

Don't like those, sorry. Don't suit the car IMO.
