General concenus is not a chance.

I have heard a vague rumour from a reliable sauce that it is a distinct possibilty.

Lets see.

I'd imagine it would be called that...

Thing is though VRS is now seen as a Brand in its own right I'd say, also look at cars like the Zaferia VXR and the Maveria VRX you could ask what's the point, wrong car in the wrong market etc....

You could also ask what's the point of the Scout, but they did it and it looks good.

I'd imagine all they need to do is take the Scout, put a slightly more powerful engine in there, bigger alloys, paint the brake callipers red, add a VRS badge and there you go, one VRoomster !!!!

Re: Roomster VRS?

I think probably not , but theres nothing to stop someone tuning a 1.9 TDi up , lowering and stiffening the suspension and fitting bigger wheels - surely its only a matter of time before someone has a go at one?

Well, being top heavy, it'd certainly end up on it's roof like the furby does.

I really don't agree with that. Although the Roomster will have a slightly higher COG it really feels a lot more planted than the Fabia which it should do being as it's wider and longer. It's also easier to drive.

Fit a decent rear ARB to the Roomy and it would be quite sweet. Wonder if the Octy one fits....

Re: Roomster VRS?

I reckon the Roomster is begging to be called the Vroomster - that's ace
In fact, to not tarnish the vRS brand image, they should avoid branding the Roomster vRS and just go for Vroomster... Better than Roomster Sport anyday!
