Default Scout in Cappucino?

Am thinking about ordering a Scout but not sure which colour. I saw a Roomster 2 in the showroom in Cappucino. Has anyone got one or seen a Scout in it?

I think the colour would be nice against the bodykit.

Steel grey looks best though!

I saw a Roomi2 in cappucino in the showroom and really liked it, so considered it for my scout. However, although I think the colour would look good with the front & side body mouldings i didn't choose it 'cos i thought it would look odd with the silver on the rear bodymoulding.

Cappucino looks like a nice colour for the Scout. I also especially like polar blue (which I have) and this one (I think it's the new brilliant silver metallic?):

Whatever you chose I'm sure your Scout will look great. Let us know what you order.

Cappuccino is really a good colour for the Scout, we have a cappuccino Octavia scout in the showroom in nottingham and it looks the dogs danglies! Only problem i have with the colour is the fact they added the word beige on the end...........sounds old, but ignore that and its a very nice colour.

I love this colour and if we go for a scout would choose this. One question though - are those the standard alloys? they look bigger than similar alloys in other pictures I've seen of the scout. Is it just the colour giving the impression of bigger wheels or are these the optional 17" alloys that I've heard about? They are gorgeous

Yes, those are the 17in wheels.

OK, I've taken the plunge! Yesterday I ordered 1.9TDi Roomster Scout in Cappuccino with sunshine roof, maxidot and climate control for delivery March 1st (hopefully).
Only thing I'm not sure about is the Skoda removable towbar. The dealer seems to think it is six hours labour to fit, has anyone any experience of this?

standard qoute for a fully fitted towbar from skoda is about 800 to 900 quid btw!!!

My Skoda detatchable bar fitted by a Skoda dealer cost me £420 ish another dealer a bit ferther away was quoting £405
The bar and electrics only cost about £260
The pictures of the Scout in Cappucino look to me like the standard Scout 16 inch wheels.

I would, and I shall in the summer, check out TowEquipe who sell though Ebay (and directly) and have a great reputation. They have links to instructions for fitting their own towbars - basically it's a case of dropping the bumper, removing some tape over some bolt-holes, bolt on the bar, cut a bit of the bumper away and refit. Fitting the electrics with the vehicle-specific kit shouldn't be rocket science, If it takes me, doing it for the first time, six hours, I'd be very surprised.

They do exist but Skoda UK apparantly like to make a secret of it. I might have specced them on mine but they weren't in the dealers brochures or on their computer system. They're the same style as the 16in but errrmm, bigger

Congrats on your order Fred!
