Snow chains for Roomster

According to the book it is not possible to fit snow chains to a Skoda roomster scout - anyone tried this or have any idea of an alternative other than fitting snow tyres at great expense. Any advice would be useful.

Re: Snow chains for Roomster

Yeah seems from the Roomster accessories catalog the picture that came to mind of a Roomster with snow chains was a non-scout with 14or15" rims... Yet don't see any reason something like the Spikes-Spider: Easier, Better than Tire Chains couldn't work!!!
